There's a Genesis song about it (well, as a Genesis fan I must say that my beloved band wrote a song for almost anything)! It's called "Domino". Everything we do - truth or lie - will touch and influence somehow somebody else's life.

As it happens with the little bricks of Domino:

"There's nothing you can do when you're the next in line

You've got to go, domino.

Do you know what you have done?

Do you know what you've begun?"

There's a singular case you probably didn't consider: in the Domino there are some "doubled" tiles where the number is the same on both halves. In this case we may consider as if "the next in line" are ourselves.

Well, what if you lie to yourself?

Before he passed away once my father asked me: "There's a whole world outside there that, for one reason or another, want to tell you lies. Why on hell do you have to put yourself too on that list?"
